If you place your order on, or after, 8/6/14 you can either call us directly at 1-877-705-7418 OR you can follow the steps below to process you return online:
- Go to "Account", in the upper right corner of your screen, and log in
- Under "Recent Orders" find the order you wish to return and click on "View Order" next to it
- Once you open the order, there will be a "return" button on the right side of your screen
- Clicking on the "Return" button will take you to a page to review and fill out information on your return
- You can select multiple items to return by clicking on "Add item to return" or use the dropdown to select the item on your order that needs to be returned
- Please enter how many units of that item you will be returning
- Please designate how you would like to have the item credited or refunded
- Please let us know the condition of the item to be returned
- And finally, please let us know the reason for the return
We ask that products be returned within 15 days of delivery.
Please note: Bedding products need to be repackaged like new in the original packaging. RA# needs to be on the outside of the packaging.
Ship using any carrier you choose that can provide a tracking number for your package. Ship to the address given to you on your return authorization. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive the bedding in the original condition, your credit card will be refunded, you will receive a store credit or an exchange can be made (based on what you chose in your original return request). Credits may take up to 15 business days to process.
All custom made bedding is not returnable, unless defective: All Natura bedding is custom.
*All returns MUST have a Return Authorization number and instructions prior to sending back
Returned Bedding products must be in original unused condition. Returned products may be refused or assessed a restocking fee if not returned in the original packaging. Used products will not be accepted under any circumstances, and will be returned to the original purchaser at their expense.
**All bedding products that are refused by the customer will be charged shipping fees for initial delivery and any fee associated with returning to manufacturer.

All Phone order customers are responsible to verify their orders on the order confirmation that is emailed to them after checkout. Customers that fail to do so will void the satisfaction guarantee on the website. This is a tool to ensure no mistakes are made. Most orders ship within 48 to 72 hours from order date. All orders are charged at the point of sale. If a Bedding product is backordered we will contact you by phone or email.
